Refund Policy

At The Chilli Pepper Company, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In terms of our Refund Policy, we accept returns under the condition that the product remains unopened and the safety seal is intact. However, we do offer refunds or replacements under specific circumstances as outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be issued if:

  • Products Arrive Damaged: Your order is damaged in transit.
  • Incorrect Order: You receive the wrong product.
  • Quality Issues: The product is spoiled or otherwise defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Products that were delivered correctly but are no longer wanted.
  • Issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
  • Products not stored as instructed after delivery.

3. Process for Refunds or Replacements

  1. Contact Us: Email sales@chillipeppercompany.com or info@chillipeppercompany.com or call 0726703352 or 0762072316 within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will either:
    • Issue a replacement product (shipped at no additional cost).
    • Process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again.
  2. Contact your payment provider; it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at sales@chillipeppercompany or info@chillipeppercompany.com.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
