In terms of our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, orders are processed within 1–3 business days to ensure freshness. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We accept returns under the condition that the product remains unopened and the safety seal is intact.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping option a customer selects.

    • Local (South Africa):
      1. Overnight Express (Next working day service to main centers, regional areas additional days).
      2. Road Freight (3 to 5 working days)
      3. Budget (2 to 3 working days)
    • International:

    Delivery times are optimized to preserve product quality:

  • Lead Times:
    Processing time plus shipping estimated days depending on the shipping option selected.

  • Order Tracking:

    Shipping may be limited or unavailable to certain locations due to Remote or inaccessible areas. Please check availability at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
  • Your order number and delivery details

We will review your case and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Your order arrives damaged or spoiled due to a delay caused by us or our courier partner.
  • You receive an incorrect item.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
