Aged fermented pepper mash with a tart, acidic ,mild flavor and medium heat level ideal for wide range of food applications. It has a pungency of range 2 000 to 5 000 scoville heat units and salt content of 15% that acts as a preservative and gives it a long shelf of 2 years from day of production.
