Cayenne Pepper Mash

Aged fermented pepper mash with a tart, acidic ,mild flavor and medium heat level ideal for wide range of food applications. It has a pungency of range 2 000 to 5 000 scoville heat units  and salt content of 15% that acts as a preservative and gives it a long shelf of 2 years from day of production.

  • Product Use

    Cayenne Pepper Mash is one of the most used raw ingredients by kitchens and manufactures of hot sauces. The product is ideal for making hot sauce and marinades  with a mild heat level. One can add small quantities to stews, soups and paste to give it a mild flavor. Also, one can add garlic, onions, vinegar sugar, puree lemon juice and more ingredients to make his/her own homemade sauce.

    Note This cayenne pepper mash requires further processing before consumption. The product has not been cooked / pasteurized and therefore may contain harmful bacteria that can cause illness. The risk is heightened in children, elderly and persons with weakened immune systems
