Cayenne Pepper

Habanero Pepper
The habanero is a hot variety of pepper. Unripe habaneros are green, and they color as they mature. The most common color variants are orange and red.

Red and Green Jalapeno Pepper
The jalapeño is a medium-sized chili pepper of the species Capsicum annuum. A mature jalapeño can have a range of pungency.

African Piri Piri
African Piri Piri is made with bird’s eye chilli that is a chilli pepper a variety from the species Capsicum annuum. The bird’s eye chili is small, but is quite hot (piquant).

Aged Cayenne, Jalapeño, Habanero pepper and African Piri- Piri mash and puree has a unique mellowness and complexity that is not found in other hot chili products. The mash and purée are 100% chili with salt added as a preservative (10 to 15%), as such the products have no colorants, no flavorings or any other additive. The long stable shelflife (up to three years) of the mash and purée ensure that the product consistancy and standard are the same quality as the original ingredient, making the chili mash and puree ideal for use in the food industry. All our products are aligned to Fairtrade princples with farmers adhering to organic practices. All our products are Halal certified. Halal certificates are available on request.
