Tart, acidic, mild flavor and medium heat
Aged Cayenne, Jalapeño, Habanero pepper and African Piri-Piri mash and puree has a unique mellowness and complexity that is not found in other hot chili products. The mash and purée are 100% chili with salt added as a preservative (10 to 15%), as such the products have no colorants, no flavorings or any other additive. The long stable shelflife (up to three years) of the mash and purée ensure that the product consistancy and standard are the same quality as the original ingredient, making the chili mash and puree ideal for use in the food industry. All our products are aligned to Fairtrade princples with farmers adhering to organic practices.
