The product is ideal for making hot sauces and marinades. One can add small quantities to stews, soups and paste to give it a sweet flavor and a mild heat. Also, one can add garlic, onions, vinegar sugar, puree lemon juice and more ingredients to make his/her own custom-made sauce.
Aged pepper puree with a sweet flavor and a mild heat. The peppers are ground and pureed (no visible skin or pips) and go through a natural fermentation process. The red colour comes from being left on the field longer. It has a pungency of 5 000 – 8 000 scoville heat units and salt content of 15% that acts as a preservative and gives it a long shelf life of 2 years from day of production.
