It has a pungency of range 2 000 to 5 000 scoville heat units and salt content of 15% that acts as a preservative and gives it a long shelf of 2 years from day of production.

Product Use

Cayenne Pepper Mash is one of the most widely used raw ingredients by kitchens and hot sauce manufacturers. It’s ideal for making hot sauces and marinades with a mild heat level. Add small quantities to stews, soups, or pastes to enhance flavour without overwhelming heat. You can also combine it with garlic, onions, vinegar, sugar, purée, lemon juice, and other ingredients to create your own homemade chilli sauce.
