The mash contains 15% salt, which acts as a natural preservative, giving it a shelf life of up to 2 years from the date of production.

Product Use

Kambuzi Chilli Mash is ideal for making hot sauces and marinades. Add small quantities to stews, soups, or pastes to introduce a mild yet distinctive heat. You can also combine it with ingredients like garlic, onions, vinegar, sugar, purée, lemon juice, and more to create your own custom-made chilli sauce.

Kambuzi chilli mash requires further processing before consumption. The product has not been cooked / pasteurized and therefore may contain harmful bacteria that can cause illness. The risk is heightened in children, elderly and persons with weakened immune systems.
